Dear Community Partner,

St. Pius X Catholic High School’s biennial charity auction is scheduled for February 5, 2022 and
planning is well underway. Our Auction attracts over 400 guests and offers companies a variety of
ways to highlight their items and services. As a partner of the event, you will have the opportunity to
showcase your brand while directly supporting the students of St. Pius X. Please consider supporting
our event by donating special experiences or opportunities that will highlight your business, gift
certificates, merchandise, or services. For your convenience, an item donation form is included.

While the past year has been challenging for many, St. Pius X has continued to invest in today’s greatest
asset, our children. Located in DeKalb County, our school boasts an enrollment of over 1,100 students in
grades 9 through 12 from all over the Atlanta area. Proceeds from the gala will directly benefit student
by funding a variety of projects that support our mission of “providing a college preparatory education
for the formation of the mind, body and spirit of each student in accordance with the teachings of the
Catholic Church.”

Past contributions have included vacations, jewelry, and artwork, as well as gift certificates,
professional services, tickets to sporting and entertainment events, restaurant chef tables, and more.
Donations of all kinds are welcome and will make a difference! All gifts and donations are tax deductible
and in recognition of your contributions, all donors will be prominently recognized in all
promotional efforts, including e‐newsletters to more than 1,0000 households affiliated with our
school. Thank you for your consideration.

If you have any questions, please contact gala@spx.org. St. Pius X is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Sincerely,

Jessica Dykes and Paige Smith
Gala Co‐Chairs
