Spiritual
Welcome to St. Pius X Catholic High School Campus Ministry!
We are proud to support the spiritual needs of the St. Pius X community. In keeping with our motto, Domini Sumus, “We are the Lord’s” (Romans 14:7-8), our campus ministry team is committed to helping our students, faculty, and Pius families encounter the living God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Our prayer every day is that our community would grow in a deeper and more profound relationship with Jesus Christ. For us at St. Pius, we cultivate this relationship with Christ through active participation in the Sacramental life of the Church, encouraging and promoting Christian discipleship, as well as participating in apostolic service. We invite you to look around our page and learn more about our weekly school events, retreats, mission trips, Works of Mercy program, and sacramental life.
May the Lord bless you abundantly and dwell in you richly,

Mr. Byrne is originally from Canton, Ga where he grew up with two great parents and three awesome younger sisters. Sports were a huge part of his life as he played football, basketball, and baseball through senior year of high school. He graduated from Woodstock High School in 2017 and attended Georgia Tech as a mechanical engineering major. Mr. Byrne played football at Georgia Tech as a wide reciever and quarterback and was also a part of other organizations such as Beta Theta Pi, GOALS Soccer, and Mercy Missions. He is a cradle catholic, growing up attending Transfiguration Catholic Church and was confirmed with St. Sebastian as his confirmation saint. Even with this, he didn’t fully start to understand his relationship with God and the Church until he was invited into bible study at the Georgia Tech Catholic Center at the start of his sophomore year. He started to get more involved in the Catholic Center afterwards. Amazing friends, the sacraments, and a great chaplain were the gifts that helped Mr. Byrne to come to know more about his Creator and himself. Since graduating Georgia Tech in December 2021, he has done mission work in Lima, Peru and worked as a plumbing designer at Jordan and Skala Engineers. He currently resides in North Druid Hills and is apart of the Immaculate Heart of Mary parish. He is currently helping coach 9th grade football and is grateful to be able to minister to the Pius community.
