Calling all Junior Parents!
As you may have heard, this year, the Lions and Legacies Gala will be kicking off the 60th anniversary celebration of St. Pius X.
To start the fun, each class will have a pre-gala Class Party. Designed to encourage the St. Pius X spirit of fellowship, these parties provide the opportunity to work together and give back to our school. If we each give a little, together we can make a big impact!

The first St. Pius X Fall Chorus Concert will be held on Thursday, November 2 at 7 p.m. in the Young Center for Performing Arts. This is a FREE concert - no tickets required. The Women's and Men's Vocal Ensembles of the SPX Chorus will be performing classical pieces and pop songs along with the Pius Players Musical Ensemble who will be performing Broadway and Disney hits. So join us for a wonderful evening of music - it's free admission so just show up, have a seat, and enjoy!

Congratulations to the St. Pius X Water Polo team who took third place in the State Championship tournament this past weekend. After losing a very tight semifinal game to Norcross by one goal, the Lions rallied back in the third place game to defeat the Southern Crescent team of Fayetteville by a score of 7-3.

Junior Ian Grum was recently named to the USA Swimming 2017 National Select Camp roster.
Only the top 3 swimmers nationwide in each event are selected for this prestigious honor.
Camp will be held October 26th-29th at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

The 2017 Homecoming Dance will be held in the St. Pius X Gym on Saturday, October 14, 2017. Tickets are $25 in advance. THERE ARE NO TICKET SALES AT THE DOOR. The attire for the dance is semi-formal: modest dresses for the girls; slacks, coat, and tie for the boys. All attire must be appropriate for St. Pius X. Dance time is from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with the final song at approximately 10:45 p.m. Students driving themselves are reminded to pay close attention to the midnight curfew rules.... Read More

We have a brand new process regarding senior parent ads for the 2018 yearbook. All ads will be created and purchased online directly through our yearbook publishing company using the website www.yearbookforever.com. After selecting the size you wish to purchase, you will then have the option of uploading a finished product or choosing from a selection of templates and design tools to build your ad.

More than 350 people attended Friday night's Annual FUN(d) Party on the football field, bringing the current Annual Fund campaign to $375,000.
Just six weeks into the campaign, current parents have the highest participation rates on record at this point with 47% participation from the freshman class, 42% from the juniors, 35% from the sophomores, and 30% from the seniors. Thank you for answering the call to give!
