Katie Glenn, a native of Avondale Estates and a 2016 graduate of St. Pius X, was honored with a special award by the Saint Mary's College Department of Athletics in an online ceremony on Sunday, May 3. Glenn, a four-year member of the Saint Mary's cross country team, was a co-recipient of the Department's Mary Ellen Smith Academic and Athletic Achievement Award. Director of Athletics Todd Mooney has named Mr. Rex Bowman as Head Boys' Soccer Coach at St Pius X Catholic High School.  Bowman will join the faculty in the Science department.   "I have had the good fortune to serve with Coach Bowman and am tremendously impressed with his commitment to both academics and athletics as well as his ability to develop lasting relationships with his athletes. In order to help prepare students academically for the 2020-2021 school year, St. Pius X is offering several academic course opportunities this summer in the subjects of English, math, world language, and writing.
