All ads are created and purchased online directly through our yearbook publishing company. Detailed instructions can be found here or at the bottom of the journalism page on the St. Pius X website. The SPX Choruses will kick off their 2019-2020 season with “1000 Beautiful Things” (Craig Hella Johnson's arrangement of the Annie Lennox hit)!  The concert will feature the Women’s Ensemble, Men’s Ensemble, and Advanced Mixed Chorus in a variety of musical genres as we celebrate the beauty music brings to us all!  Everyone is invited to enjoy Morten Lauridsen’s “Dirait-on” and other songs of moons, roses, and rainbows!   Admission is free!

On October 11, parents of St. Pius X alumni joined together for the renewed 1958 Club at a tailgate pot luck before the football game. Parents of alumni revisited their children's time at St. Pius X and shared success stories that have since developed following graduation. We hope we will see more parents join this organization and experience the walk down memory lane, the sharing of success stories, and of course, Pius fun! Fall Blood Drive St. Pius will be hosting our Fall Blood Drive on Thursday, October 3rdin the SPX gym.   Be a part of giving the gift of life!  All student sign-ups will be in the breezeway outside the cafeteria during lunch Monday September  23rd – Wednesday September 25th.  Please encourage your students (age 16+) to participate in this worthy cause.  Blood donation counts as a Work of Mercy. Class of 2015 graduate Brian Rainwater recently graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy. He is currently serving as a commissioned ensign in the Navy. On May 18, 2019, Rainwater helped organize the first traditional Latin Mass celebrated in the Mariners' Memorial Chapel on the campus of the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 50 years. Each week, the University of Georgia takes time to interview students across their campus, featuring those students who go above and beyond. Congratulations to St. Pius X alumni Cameron Liss '16 for being featured this week! Cameron is currently a senior at UGA with an expected spring 2020 graduation.
