We have been praying for all of you, and are excited to start back in just a few short days.  We know that for many of you, summer is a time of vacationing, travel, rest, summer reading (don't forget!), but also a time to give back to your communities, either locally or away! In my few years of ministry, God has allowed me to experience countless moments of grace alongside friends and parishioners celebrating both the joys of life, as well as the sorrows and heartbreak that sometimes accompany it. I pray never to take these moments for granted because I know all too well that... Read More

Twenty years ago, Saint Pope John Paul II said to an audience of Catholic educators in New Orleans, "Yours is a great gift to the Church, a great gift to your nation." Countless people in our country have been blessed by the many gifts of Catholic schools. They have carried what they have learned and witnessed with them; however many have lost touch with our local Catholic school communities. It is time for these people to reconnect and give back. It is with this recognition in mind that St.... Read More

Many Christians go through the day in their work environment seeking to walk with Christ and let the Holy Spirit guide all their work decisions. With the pressures of the work environment and a focus on making a profit, this can often be challenging. BELIEVES is a once-a-month speaker series ministry the second Tuesday of each month from 7:30-8:30 AM hosted in Kenny Hall at Christ the King Cathedral in Buckhead (2699 Peachtree Road) to promote dialogue around integrating faith in the work life... In light of all the destruction of the recent hurricanes Harvey, Irma, Jose, and now Maria, we as a St. Pius X community feel compelled to serve our brothers and sisters in Christ with even greater intentionality.  Puerto Rico has experienced great devastation, and they need our help. Puerto Rican restaurants in the greater Atlanta area are taking donations to ship down for all in crisis situations. Starting on Monday, October 2, 2017,  St. Pius X will be collecting donated items from the... Read More

Greetings! It is my great joy to invite any and all of our non-Catholic families to an informal evening of food, fellowship, and answers to your questions about Catholic schools. We are blessed to have you as part of our school family, and we recognize that the "whats and whys" of Catholic education (or Catholicism in general) aren't always easily understood. Have you ever wondered why we do things (or don't do things) a certain way? Or wonder why we have All School Mass every month and what... Read More
