Longtime St. Pius X Volunteer Tom Novack Enters Eternal Life
Longtime St. Pius X Golden Lion supporter and volunteer Tom Novack passed away peacefully on November 3 following the opportunity to cheer his Atlanta Braves on to victory in the World Series. For over 25 years, Tom and his beloved wife Joanne supported the St. Pius X community by running the concession stand, which was named in their honor. Though the couple had no children of their own, hundreds of St. Pius X students and their families were adopted into the Novack family, looking up to the couple as parent figures through the high school years and beyond, many remembering the couple on Mother's and Father's Day.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, November 11 at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. The wake will be on Wednesday, November 10 at 7 p.m. at St. Pius X Catholic High School. To read Tom's full obituary, please click here.
