Tuition & Policies

*Your family’s pastor will determine whether your family will receive active or non-active status. Active Catholic families are those that are supporting their parish through the giving of time, talent, and treasure and attend Mass regularly.  A signed Parish Verification Form is required to receive the Catholic tuition rate.

Tuition is paid in full or over 10 months (JULY – APRIL) through FACTS Tuition Management. All tuition payments – including paid in full – are made through FACTS.

Paid in full payments are due through FACTS by June 5, 2023.

The first monthly FACTS Tuition Management withdrawal will be on July 5th or July 20th depending on your agreement with FACTS.

Late Tuition Policy
Tuition is considered late on the 21st of each month. Should circumstances arise that may cause delay in payment, the Assistant Business Manager of Student Accounts must be notified immediately so consideration for an alternate plan can be discussed. The Business Office will try to work with your family to come up with a mutually agreeable payment arrangement.
Grades and transcripts to any college or university will not be released and access to the Parent and Student Portal will be restricted for any student whose account is not current.

Final grades and transcripts will not be released until your account is paid in full.

Incoming students are required to make a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 through FACTS. $700 of this deposit is applied towards your tuition.
