It is Now Time to Get Your Physical
St. Pius X will not be offering physicals this year. Instead, we are encouraging everyone to go to their personal physician. If you have problems getting an appointment with your own doctor, you may go to any urgent care facility or pharmacy that offers "sports physicals." Contact your coach or team coordinator for more information about centers that offer physicals. Just be sure to bring our forms when you go. (See the gold link below.)
By GHSA guideline, a new physical must be on file with us prior to beginning any summer training and/or practice. The physical must be dated after April 1, 2021 or later. This will cover the student for the entire 2021/2022 school year. If you are in need of a place to get a physical, click here for more information.
New Procedure for Physicals: Welcome PlanetHS!
St. Pius X Catholic High School will use PlanetHS as the digital platform to upload physicals and complete required athletic forms. This platform will be used by all new students and all athletes for the 2021-2022 school year.
When populating our school type "Pius" and it will assist in populating that box. Parents and students must create separate accounts using different emails and/or mobile numbers. Be sure the parent account and student accounts are linked. Important: Current students and parents must use their SPX email addresses. Middle school parents can use any email address.
All necessary forms are available on the PlanetHS website. For your convenience you may click here for the forms your doctor will need to sign.
