BONNIE E. SPARK, AEA - Director of Pius Players and Drama Instructor
A New Yorker by birth and a graduate of the College of William and Mary, Ms. Spark has been singing and dancing her entire life. She has had the pleasure of learning directly from several Broadway stars, including Alfred Drake (the original “Curly” in Oklahoma and “Hajj the Beggar” in Kismet ), Dorothy Collins (Do I Hear a Waltz?), and Chita Rivera (West Side Story, Chicago, Kiss of the Spider Woman). Included in Ms. Spark’s Atlanta performances are Annie Get Your Gun, The Sound of Music, Fiddler on the Roof, and Broadway Cabaret. Ms. Spark is a member of Actors’ Equity Association. She is celebrating her 38th year at St. Pius.
AMY WILLIAMS '85 - Assistant Director of Pius Players
Mrs. Williams is also a teacher in the Theology department at St. Pius. She is a Pius Player alum who was directed by Bonnie Spark from 1981-1985. She has been an assistant director for several years now and enjoys working with Ms. Spark and the students, watching them make characters come alive on stage.
LINDSEY NEIMO FARRELL- Assistant Director of Pius Players
Mrs. Farrell is thrilled to be starting her third year at St. Pius, teaching in the Theology department and on the Pius Players' team after several years away from the stage. She is also a graduate of the College of William and Mary and enjoys working with the incredibly talented Pius Players as they transform the stage and hearts with each performance.
