*Your family’s pastor will determine whether your family will receive active or non-active status. Active Catholic families are those that are supporting their parish through the giving of time, talent, and treasure and attend Mass regularly.

At the time of acceptance, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due. Of this deposit, $300 is our registration fee and the remaining $700 is applied towards your tuition. The deposit and balance of the tuition is paid through FACTS Tuition Management. The FACTS agreement is completed online through the St. Pius X Business Office.

Financial Aid

Each year St. Pius X makes available a limited amount of financial aid to families in need via a work study program. The maximum amount of aid available per student is 70% of the Active Catholic tuition rate.

We use FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment to process our financial aid applications. This is separate from your student's application for admission.

Financial Aid applications for the 2021-2022 school year will be available after November 1, 2020. Applicants are required to send their 2020 Tax Return and 2020 W-2’s directly to FACTS in order to process their application.

The Financial Aid application deadline is March 1, 2021.

Completed applications received after the deadline will incur a $50 late processing fee. The completed application does include your 2020 tax return and 2020 W-2's, so please be aware of that as you plan to complete the financial aid application. An incurred late fee will be deducted from any financial aid award. In addition, late applications may also be subject to a reduction in any financial aid award.

Please email Denise Hatter, Assistant Business Manager of Student Accounts, if you have any questions regarding financial aid.

You can find more information regarding financial aid, tuition and other expenses on the Business Office pages.
