*Your family’s pastor will determine whether your family will receive active or non-active status. Active Catholic families are those that are supporting their parish through the giving of time, talent, and treasure and attend Mass regularly. A signed Parish Verification Form is required to receive the Catholic tuition rate.
At the time of acceptance, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due. Of this deposit, $300 is our registration fee and the remaining $700 is applied towards your tuition. The deposit and balance of the tuition is paid through FACTS Tuition Management. The FACTS agreement is completed online through the St. Pius X Business Office.
Financial Aid
Each year St. Pius X makes available a limited amount of financial aid to families in need via a work study program. The maximum amount of aid available per student is 70% of the Active Catholic tuition rate.
We use FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment to process our financial aid applications. This is separate from your student's application for admission.
Our financial aid program is a work study program. Students who receive school-funded financial aid are required to participate in work study for one semester.
Financial Aid applications for the 2023-2024 school year will be available after November 1, 2022. Applicants are required to send their 2022 Tax Return and 2022 W-2’s directly to FACTS in order to process their application.
The Financial Aid application deadline is March 1, 2023. Late applications will be accepted as long as Financial Aid is still available.
