  • January 30, 2023: Completed applications due for all 9th grade applicants
  • February 27, 2023: Completed applications due for all upper grade applicants
  • April 1, 2023: Decisions released in Ravenna
  • April 13, 2023: Acceptance reply due with non-refundable deposit 

For rising 9th grade applicants, we require the following components through Ravenna. There is a $100 application fee ($150 for all late applications):

  • Parent & student questionnaires
  • Current Language Arts teacher evaluation
  • Current Mathematics teacher evaluation
  • School Counselor or Administrator evaluation
  • Transcripts (6th, 7th, & 8th grade report cards, standardized test scores, and records of discipline)
  • SSAT Scores: All 9th grade applicants must take the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT), and send scores to St. Pius X. Applicants should register online at www.ssat.org. To have your scores sent to St. Pius X, please use our school code, 6913, at the time of registration. The SSAT will be required for all 9th grade applicants during the 2022-2023 admissions season. For 10th and 11th grade applicants, we require the following components through Ravenna. There is a $100 application fee ($150 for all late applications):

  • Parent & student questionnaires
  • Current Language Arts teacher evaluation
  • Current Mathematics teacher evaluation
  • School Counselor or Administrator evaluation
  • Interview video submission (students answer 3-5 questions to introduce themselves and submit via FlipGrid to the committee)
  • Transcripts (all high school years to date, standardized test scores (PSAT), and records of discipline)

Please note that any available class spots for upper grade transfers are based on attrition. This can be an extremely competitive admissions pool. Per the Archdiocese of Atlanta's Office of Catholic Schools, we do not allow senior transfers unless the circumstances include a move from out-of-state.
