Mental Wellness
Our licensed and certified counselors are here to support students and families with social and emotional challenges. From navigating stress and anxiety to processing life’s difficulties, we offer a trusted space for guidance. When needed, we connect families with external professionals for additional support.
- Social-Emotional Wellness: Proactive support for stress, anxiety, resilience building, and crisis response.
- Integrated Care: We see how wellness impacts grades (academic support) and application stress (college support), addressing the root cause, not just the symptom.
"Thank you to the counseling team for hosting the meeting tonight. Very informative - but even more importantly, another crucial thread to help us feel connected to Pius and to realize the sincere support and interest you have for our teens."
-A St. Pius X Parent
