Annual Fall Blood Drive Scheduled for Sept. 17 - Register Today!
August 21st, 2015
Did you know that one pint of blood can save up to three lives?
Our annual fall blood drive is scheduled for Thursday, September 17 from 8-2 p.m. in the gym. We are actively soliciting parent and Pius community members for this blood drive. This fall's drive is dedicated to Liliana Hagiopol and John Ohrenberger. Liliana is our French teacher who missed the second semester last year as she battled cancer. She is now back at St. Pius X and doing great! John Ohrenberger is the father of our Director of Campus Ministry, Gayle Ohrenberger. Her father is currently battling brain cancer and has recently received two transfusions.
Adults, if you are interested in giving blood, please click here to sign-up to donate between 1 and 2 p.m. (STUDENTS NOTE: please do NOT fill out this form, you will sign-up in the breezeway during lunch periods Wednesday, September 9 through Friday, September 11).
Adults, if you have any trouble registering, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
In addition, if you are interested in helping with the drive in other ways than as a donor, we welcome your donations of time or supplies! Click here to sign-up to assist during the drive.
Thank you and we look forward to another successful blood drive this year!
