Eight Student-Athletes Sign Letters-of-Intent

St. Pius X Catholic High School had eight senior student-athletes sign national letters-of-intent to further their
careers in college in the fall signing period that ended Wednesday, November 20. All eight will be attending NCAA Division I institutions, the highest level of intercollegiate competition.

Leah Hardeman signed to play volleyball at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC. Nick Harris and Jasmine Carter inked
letters to play basketball. Harris will attend the College of Charleston, while Carter will matriculate to the University of Georgia. Peter Zyla will play baseball at Duke University and teammate Grant Williams will attend Kennesaw State University. The swim program will send two student-athletes to the University of Georgia in Gunnar Bentz and Basil Orr.  Meghan Flanagan signed with the equestrian program at Georgia.
