Substance Abuse Testing Policy Information
February 1st, 2017

Thank you to all who attended one of the information sessions regarding the new random drug testing program. As stated earlier, this new policy will go into effect in August with the start of the 2017-18 school year.

The program will be implemented by all Archdiocesan Catholic high schools, including Marist and we will join many of the other independent schools in the Metro-Atlanta area in an effort to provide our students with a proactive response to the enticement and peer-pressure of experimenting with drugs and alcohol.

As promised, please find three informational forms below. These forms will be included in the new student packets and re-enrollment packets and must be returned to the school in order for re-enrollment to be completed. Forms may be returned to the front office.

Below, please find the Student Substance Abuse Policy, the Acknowledgement Parent-Student Form, and the Consent Form.
