turn-in dates: September 3, September 17 and September
24.
Can
you order on-line?
Yes!....only
at SALLY FOSTER.COM
on-line store. Enter our school number 507258 when
you order. Remember to indicate your child's name in order
to be eligible for prizes. Send your order confirmation
to Noula Kokenes by September 17 to be eligible for prizes
(email to nkokenes@eallaw.com
or fax to 770-736-5276).
Vermont
Center Wreaths cannot be ordered on-line.

When
will orders be delivered?
All
orders from the Sally Foster catalog will be delivered to
the school on October 28, 2008.
Vermont
Center Wreath orders will be shipped directly to home. Make
sure to complete all shipping contact and address information.
If this information is incomplete, company will NOT ship
order.
Follow
these simple instructions:
- All orders must
be accompanied by payment.
Checks
made payable to St. Pius Catholic High School.
- DO NOT ADD SALES
TAX,
- Complete all spaces:
including name, grade, homeroom, teacher, quantity and
total price.
Total
quantity for each column at bottom space of form.
- Return all copies
of order forms with your cash or check.
- Money donations
may be made in lieu of purchase and student will be eligible
for prizes.
- If you order from
Sally Foster, 50% of every purchase supports St. Pius.
