The Athletic Association board meets monthly during the school year. The schedule for the 2008-09 school year is:

• August 10, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.
• September 15, 2008 at 6:00 p.m.
• October 12, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.
• November 16, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
• January 26, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.
• February 23, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.
• April 20, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.
• May 17, 2009 at 4:00 p.m.
• June 1, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.

**Meetings are held in conference room in the Donnellan Center.
