Athletic
Program Advertisements
We
publish a document
that gives information
about every sport
during every season.
This 100+ page document,
our Athletic Program,
is published three
times per school
year (Fall, Winter,
and Spring).
Advertisements for
the program are sold
one time per year. Advertisers enjoy
the benefit of purchasing
an ad that runs in
all three publications.
To purchase an ad
for the 2008-09
programs, please
download the ad
insertion order form (PDF).
submissions for
the 2008-09 School
Year must be received
by July 18, 2008. For
the best quality
and accuracy, we
prefer electric
ad submissions
with files at 300
DPI. We can accept
TIF, PDF, EPS,
AI, JPG, GIF,
InDesign, MS Word,
MS PowerPoint,
and MS Excel. Simply
include a CD with
your ad insertion
order submission.
If you submit your
ad on paper, the
quality of your
ad will not be
as good as if you
submitted with
an electronic file.
All ads are printed
in black and white.
If you do not include
artwork with your
ad insertion form,
please be sure to
include any text
that you want in
your ad (company
name, address, phone,
web site, etc.).
Due to time constraints
during production
of the program, we
are unable to show
proofs of ads.
If you need to design
an ad, please feel
free to use one of
the St. Pius X logos
that you see on this
web site. Also, there
are many free clip
art galleries on
the Internet that
you can obtain artwork
to use in your ad.
The program is $5
and can be purchased
at all home sports
events and the school
bookstore. It includes
rosters, schedules,
pictures, and ads
from St.
Pius X families,
friends, and sponsors.
