Your task for this assignment is to find a poem, short story, fable, or other literary work that reflects the cultural tradition of your heritage.

Hints on finding books:  You may want to do a keyword search with a term that describes your cultural background "African-American," "Hispanic," "Russian," "Serbian," "Korean," "Irish," etc. Then add another word referencing the type of literature you would like to find:  "poetry," "poem," "sonnet," "short story," "haiku," etc.!  Try different words until you find something promising!
