New Information
NHS Thanksgiving Food Drive, Nov. 10-14
This year's Thanksgiving Food Drive is just around the corner! From Monday November 10 to Friday November 14, NHS will be collecting canned food to donate to the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry. The food inventory is constantly being depleted, even more so around this time of year, and is in great need of donations, especially foods lower in sodium and sugar content! All unexpired cans will be immensely appreciated and can be sent with your student to drop off at stations in the courtyard near the front circle or by the main gym/Roar Store in the back of the school. For every five unexpired cans donated, the student's name will be entered into a raffle for a $50 prize, $25 prize, and other prizes including Chick-fil-a coupons! Thank you for your support in the fight against hunger this Thanksgiving season!

Pius Players' Children's Show, Nov. 15
The Pius Players present Little Red Riding Hoodlum/Return to Oz on Saturday, November 15 at 1:00pm and 4:00pm. Tickets are $5 and will be on sale in the cafeteria during all lunch periods from November 10-14. St. Pius X students get a complimentary ticket. Join us for an hour of music and laughter with a zany twist on these familiar stories - a fun show for all ages!

Mothers' Club Marketplace Cafe Items Needed
Mothers' Club Marketplace Café needs your help. The Marketplace Café provides refreshment options to the shoppers of Marketplace, and we are in need of donors to stock our kitchen. If you are interested in either sending in a specific item off our shopping list or making a $20 donation through FACTS for the purchase of perishable items, please sign up HERE. Students of donors will be allowed to participate in the Out of Uniform Day on Friday, November 21.

Mothers' Club Dresden & Catholic Charities Atlanta Christmas Project
This is the 8th year that the Mothers' Club will be working to make Christmas brighter for needy students and teens. We assist students at neighboring Dresden Elementary School (grades K-5th) and work with Catholic Charities Atlanta's unaccompanied minors immigrant program. The needs of the students are basic clothing, school supplies and a few toys. With incredible generosity, the St. Pius X community assisted over 150 students from 40 families and 12 foster children. We need your support with the following: (1) sponsoring a student or several students or, if you prefer, buying a specific gift (gifts due in on December 3-5); (2) volunteering to help wrap gifts on December 6; and (3) making monetary donations. This is a wonderful outreach and all St. Pius X students are welcome to participate. If students complete the requirements, they can receive credit for a Work of Mercy. For more information, contact Alyson Metzler at or Anne Lewis at or Karen Pagoaga at
