LAST CHANCE FOR GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS
Seniors, if you have not yet ordered graduation announcements, but still wish to do so, your final deadline is January 31st. Any orders placed after that date will incur significant cost increase to be received in time for graduation. Orders must be placed online at: www.gabalfour.com.

GALA 2012: ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE, FEBRUARY 2
The Gala is less than two weeks away. Make sure to go online and RSVP today. The deadline to register online is Thursday, February 2. Prices will increase by $15 at the door. Send in your Tuition Raffle tickets today! We look forward to seeing you there.

BASKETBALL PAROCHIAL SCHOOLS NIGHT, FEBRUARY 3
St. Pius X will host Parochial Schools Night on Friday, February 3 at the final regular season home basketball games. The Golden Lions will host Region 5-AAA foe, North Atlanta, with the girls tipping at 6pm and the boys to follow at 7:30pm.

EIGHTH ANNUAL JURIED ART EXHIBITION SUBMISSION DEADLINE, FEBRUARY 6
The submission deadline for the eighth annual St. Pius X Juried Visual Arts Exhibition is Monday, February 6. Submission forms may be picked up from Ms. Brannon in the art room or you can download a form here. The awards ceremony and reception will be held at 7pm on February 24. Whitney Wolf ’01 is this year’s juror.

CAMPUS MINISTRY REMINDERS
St. Pius X Prayer Chain
The St. Pius X Prayer Chain is a group of over 100 St. Pius X friends who pray for the needs and intentions of our St. Pius X family. The prayer chain is sent out weekly through email to the participants. If you would like to join in this powerful and important ministry to St. Pius X or have intentions that you would like us to add to the Prayer Chain please email prayers@spx.org at any time during the year.

Eucharistic Adoration, Sponsored by the Mothers’ Club:
Our patron Saint, St. Pius X encouraged all youth and the Church to receive and frequently reverence the Eucharist. Therefore, it is our great privilege to host weekly Eucharistic Adoration on Fridays in the Chapel. Students make visits to the Chapel with their religion classes on Friday however Eucharistic Adoration guardians are needed hourly during the day on Fridays. Please consider taking one hour, either weekly, bi weekly, or monthly to spend some time in prayer for our students and their intentions during Eucharistic Adoration. If you would like to be a guardian, please contact Theresa Lewis, Mothers’ Club Adoration Coordinator. We appreciate your commitment to prayer for our school community!

PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR ST. PIUS X VISUAL ARTS
The visual arts department needs your help with upcoming events in the visual arts departments. Chaperones are needed for upcoming field trips on February 6 and March 9 & 20. In addition, volunteers are need to help mat students’ work for the Juried Arts Exhibition on Feb. 11 & 12. Anyone that is able to volunteer should contact Donna Kantak, Gabriela Probst or Corinna Brannon.

MOTHERS’ CLUB USED UNIFORM SALES
Please drop off any used winter uniforms and/or any senior uniforms in the school bookstore. Even the plain white button-downs can be dropped off, and we will donate them to Dresden Elementary.
