Definitions of Abbreviations

 * In progress (IP) = tasks requiring time, which is extended, will get

                            a "target date", and then a "deadline date"; work

                            submitted after the deadline is established is

                            penalized -10 per day

  *AR = Accelerated Reader, a totally individualized copyrighted                         

          program and linked to the St. Pius X Library Collection

  *DGP = Daily Grammar Practice

  *BTC = Book to class

  *Ckpt = Check point (usually homework evalutaion which affects

performance grade)
