| Families with
parents that work full time at St. Pius X, Immaculate Heart
of Mary and St. John Neumann School can pay by automatic
payroll deduction. Please direct inquiries to the Business Manager
at these schools. |
Tuition paid
in full by check or money order qualifies for a $200 discount per
family. In order to receive this discount, PAYMENTS MUST
BE RECEIVED IN THE BUSINESS OFFICE BY FRIDAY, JUNE 13, 2008.
PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN DUE DATE.
This discount does not apply to credit card payments or to families
receiving financial aid or scholarships. |
Parents of incoming students
who are paying in full are reminded to deduct the $800 tuition deposit
from their total payment.
The
first monthly FACTS tuition management withdrawal will be on July
5 th or July 20 th depending on your agreement with FACTS.

Late
Tuition Policy |
| Tuition is considered
late on the 21st of each month. Should circumstances arise that may
cause delay in payment, the Assistant Business Manager of Student
Accounts must be notified immediately so consideration for an alternate
plan can be discussed. The Business Office will try to work with your
family to come up with a mutually agreeable arrangement. |
| Grades, transcripts
and access to NetClassroom will not be released for any student whose
account is not current. This includes college and university applications.

| Students whose
accounts are two months behind may be held out of class until arrangements
to pay are discussed with the Business Office. |

Refunds |
| The school will
refund prepaid tuition on a prorated basis, if the student leaves
during the school year due to family relocation. A student enrolled
for one day during the month is considered enrolled for the entire
month. |
| Discounts previously
taken for tuition paid in full will be deducted from any refund of
prepaid tuition. |
If a student
withdraws voluntarily or involuntarily for any reason other than
family relocation, then tuition will be payable based ont he following
percentage of yearly tuition:
Prior to start of the
school year...................................0%
Start of school year -
September 30............................25%
October 1 - November 30...........................................50%
December 1 - February
1............................................75%
After February 1......................................................100%

| Incoming students
make a non-refundable deposit of $1,000. $800 is
applied toward your tuition. Incoming students whose families move
more than 50 miles from St. Pius before the first day of school will
receive a refund of the $800 tuition deposit. If your student leaves
after enrolling at St. Pius, the $800 will be deducted from any refund
of prepaid tuition or added to your remaining balance if tuition was
not prepaid. |
