In order to be considered for admission, a completed application must be returned by Monday, February 2, 2009. A completed application must include the following documents:

• Completed St. Pius X Application
• Current Principal Recommendation
• Current Math Teacher Recommendation
• Current Language Arts Teacher Recommendation
• Grade Reports from Grades 6, 7, and first Semester of 8
• Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) scores
• Application Fee of $75.00 (non-refundable)

To be considered for admission to St. Pius X each ninth grade applicant must take the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT). Upperclass applicants must take the SSAT or the Preliminary SAT (PSAT). Although the SSAT is administered seven times during the year, a student applying to St. Pius X must take the test on one of the following dates in order to meet the application deadline:

• Saturday, November 8, 2008
• Saturday, December 13, 2008
• Saturday, January 10, 2009
• Saturday, February 7, 2009

This is the start of the 2007-2008 school year application process. Our Open House will be held on Sunday afternoon, November 2, 2008 from 1 to 4 pm. This is an excellent opportunity to tour the facilities, meet the faculty and staff, ask questions, and more. Current St. Pius X students will also be present. Applications will be available for the first time on this day. Anyone who is interested in learning more about St. Pius X Catholic High School is invited and welcomed to attend. No reservation is required.
