Wall Ball Routine

Find a hard surface that is about 10 feet tall; preferably smooth and away from windows or breakable objects. A brick or block wall will work. (Note, many players use the side of the concession stand) 15-30 minutes several times a week will greatly improve your throwing and catching skills.

Stand about 10-15 feet away from the wall. Pick a brick, block or spot and try to hit that.
