Late Tuition Policy
Tuition is considered late on the 21st of each month. Should circumstances arise that may cause delay in payment, the Assistant Business Manager of Student Accounts must be notified immediately so consideration for an alternate plan can be discussed. The Business Office will try to work with your family to come up with a mutually agreeable payment arrangement.
Grades and transcripts will not be released and access to the Parent and Student Portal will be restricted for any student whose account is not current. This includes college and university applications.
Students whose accounts are two months past due may be held out of class until arrangements to pay are discussed with the Business Office.

Refunds
The school will refund prepaid tuition on a prorated basis, if the student leaves during the school year due to family relocation. A student enrolled for one day during the month is considered enrolled for the entire month.
Discounts previously taken for tuition paid in full will be deducted from any refund of prepaid tuition.
If a student withdraws voluntarily or involuntarily for any reason other than family relocation, then the family will be responsible for the following percentage of yearly tuition:

Prior to August 6...........................................................0%
August 6 - September 30................................................30%
October 1 - December 31...............................................60%
January 1 - March 1......................................................80%
After March 1.............................................................100%

Incoming students make a non-refundable deposit of $1,000. $800 is applied toward your tuition. Incoming students whose families move more than 50 miles from St. Pius before the first day of school will receive a refund of the $800 tuition deposit. If your student leaves after enrolling at St. Pius, the $800 will be deducted from any refund of prepaid tuition or added to your remaining balance if tuition was not prepaid.
