Save the Date: Annual FUN(d) Party September 29

Please join us for the inaugural Annual FUN(d) Party on Maloof Field September 29 at 7 p.m.  Featuring music by the Stephen Lee Band, this event is our way of thanking our wonderful donors!

Any supporter who makes a pledge or gift to the 2018 Annual Fund - no matter the amount - by September 29 is invited to join us! We will be accepting pledges and gifts at the door.  Bring your own picnic dinner and drinks and dress up your table "Chastain-style!" We will provide tables, chairs, and water. What is the Annual FUN(d) Party?

This adults-only, “Chastain-style” event is our way of saying “thank you!” for supporting the Annual Fund.

Who is invited?

Anyone who makes a pledge or a gift to the Annual Fund by September 29 is invited to come to the event. Pledges/gifts will be accepted at the door, and we are operating on an honor-system. This is not a ticketed event, and there is no guest list at the door.

Can I invite friends to join me?

The purpose of the Annual FUN(d) event is to inspire people to contribute to the Annual FUN(d) and then celebrate that spirit of generosity at the party. You are welcome to invite friends with the expectation that they, too, will support the Annual Fund with a gift.

What can I expect that night?
The Stephen Lee Band will be playing live music and the field will be set-up with round tables and chairs. We will have white plastic tablecloths and bottled water on each table. You are welcome to bring your own tablecloth and table decorations, and the event is BYOB. The majority of the tables seat eight (60”), with a few that seat ten (72”). If you’d like to bring a picnic dinner as well, you are welcome to do so.

Can I decorate my table?

Yes! You may decorate your table with your own tablecloth, flowers, candles or battery-powered lights, etc. Or you can simply grab a seat and relax. The majority of the tables seat eight, with a few that seat ten. We will have white plastic tablecloths and bottled water on each table.

Can I reserve a table?

No. This is a casual evening, and we will not have reserved seating.

Can I bring my kids?
No. This is a 21 and older event.

Can I bring alcoholic beverages?

Yes. Please note that no glass will be allowed on the field. We encourage you to consider cans, as well as plastic carafes for the evening. If glass is brought in it must be kept inside the stadium seating area, where you can pour from a glass container into a plastic cup or mug and take it back to your table. We will have plastic cups in case you forget to bring your own.

Will food or drinks be offered?

There will be bottled water available, but no other drinks or food will be offered. You are welcome to bring your own beverages and pack a picnic dinner.

What if it rains?
If it rains, the event will be held in the practice gym. We will send a parent email ahead of time notifying you if the event must be moved indoors.
